Who we are and how to contact us

ODDBEAT CLOTHING is responsible for personal information collected through oddbeatclothing.com. Contact us at orders@oddbeatclothing.com or write to ODDBEAT CLOTHING, 21 Compton Pl Rd, Eastbourne, BN20 8AA, United Kingdom.

Orders, accounts and customer support

We use the name, email address, billing and delivery details, selected products, payment status and order information you supply to process your purchase, arrange delivery and respond to enquiries. This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you or take steps at your request before a purchase. If you create an account, we also use your account details to provide access to order information.

We keep relevant transaction records to meet legal accounting and record-keeping obligations. We may use order correspondence and technical information for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, securing the shop and investigating disputes, taking your rights into account. Providing order and delivery details is necessary to fulfil a purchase; without them we may be unable to complete it.

Payments and service providers

We use WordPress and WooCommerce to operate the store and Hostinger services for hosting and website features. Payment information is handled by the provider selected at checkout. PayPal handles its payment services and any Pay Later eligibility assessment; Google Pay is offered through the checkout payment integration. We receive information needed to identify the transaction and its status. Bank transfers provide payment and reference details so we can match them to an order.

We share necessary order, contact and address details with delivery services and providers supporting fulfilment, hosting, payments and customer communications. Payment providers may act as separate controllers under their own notices. See PayPal’s privacy notice and Google’s privacy policy. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.

Cookies and optional services

Essential cookies and similar storage support the basket, account, checkout and your privacy choices. Google Analytics through Site Kit and StatCounter provide visitor statistics. Hostinger Reach provides marketing features where enabled. Optional analytics and marketing storage is controlled by your consent choices. You may reject optional cookies, choose categories or change your decision using Cookie settings. Read our Cookie Policy for further information.

If you subscribe to marketing communications, you can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe using the instructions in the message. Order and service messages are separate from marketing. We do not need your payment-provider password and you should not send card details or bank login information by email.

Retention and international processing

Retention depends on the purpose: order and payment records are retained for applicable tax and accounting requirements and any relevant dispute period; support correspondence is kept for the enquiry and necessary follow-up; account information is retained while needed to provide the account; consent and suppression records may be kept to respect your choices. Information is reviewed against those purposes rather than kept indefinitely without a reason. Contact us for details relevant to your records.

Some providers operate internationally and may process information outside the UK. Applicable transfer protections may include UK adequacy regulations or contractual safeguards. You can contact us to request information about safeguards relevant to your information. Providers’ privacy notices explain their own processing arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before it. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations. We may need to verify your identity when responding to a request.

Contact orders@oddbeatclothing.com to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. We welcome the opportunity to resolve a concern directly.
